Relay Team Course Assistance
Water and Gatorade will be available every two miles beginning at mile 3 and at relay points. Professional medical assistance will be available throughout the entire race, with fully staffed medical area at the finish line. Toilets will be available near the start, at the 10K, 20K, 30K marks and at the finish.
No bicycles, baby joggers or roller blades will be allowed on the course.
