Race Day Experience
You will not find a race more convenient than the Buffalo Marathon. The full and half both use a common start and finish line that are less than 900 feet apart. We finish directly in front of the Buffalo Convention Center where the expo and post-race party are held. The Hyatt our host hotel is attached to the Convention Center and there are numerous other hotels in close proximity to the start and there is also an abundance of parking. If your flying in, the Buffalo Niagara Airport is about 20 minutes from down town. We invite you to come and experience what Buffalo has to offer and have put together a short video to give you some flavor of the race morning.
We are excited to announce that U.S. Olympian, Jeff Galloway will be at the 2017 Buffalo Marathon!
Jeff will be at the Expo on Saturday, May 27 and will be a featured speaker at the Pasta Party. He will also offer his 3-hour Running School and will be at the finish of the race as well. Known as the "most recognized personality in running" by USA Running, we are honored to have Jeff take part in this great weekend and wanted to get the news to our fans first.
