The BUFFALO MARATHON 5K Run PRESENTED BY Kaleida Health

Start time: 8:00 am

Location: 267 Pearl Street

Starting in 2024 runners will have the option to do fundraising. While not required we would like everyone to consider giving it a try. All proceeds go directly to the Kaleida Health Foundation and benefit the best-in-class cardiac programs at Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute. 

As part of our Heart-To-Heart initiative fundraisers will be provided with a personal fundraising page and tools to accept donations from their friends and family. Heart to Heart runners have the ability to win prizes when you fund raise certain amounts.

Heart Disease Affects So Many

• Approximately 650,000 Americans die from heart disease each year – that’s 1 in every 4 deaths.

• One person dies every 37 seconds in the US from cardiovascular disease.

• 92.1 million American adults are living with some form of cardiovascular disease.

• Western New York has even higher rates of heart disease.

• Heart Disease is the #1 cause of death in most WNY counties.

• Heart Disease is the 2nd leading cause of premature death in all of WNY.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION & SPACE IS LIMITED

Packet Pickup 

The race will start at 8:00am sharp.   

Full/Half Packet pickup will NOT be available until 9:00am when the expo opens. 

All 5K runners will receive

• Finisher Tech Shirt

• Finisher Medal for completing the event

• Grab & Go food and drink at the finish line.

• Age Group Awards
